We sell handmade plush bears, books, apparel, and prints through our online store. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur — especially with our handmade items.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor.

• Handmade bears (Curtis, Fergus, and limited edition bears): Please allow 4–6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery, as these items are made by hand in Nashville, TN.
• Books, apparel, and prints: Shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery will be provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

All content on this Site — including text, images, illustrations, product designs, character names (Curtis, Fergus, etc.), and logos — is the property of The Scaredy Bears and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "Curtis and Fergus and the Sleuth of the New-New!" and related characters and artwork are copyrighted works.
